This
place is in the South of Lesotho, in the district of Quthing. This is where the
Oblates Novitiate of the Lesotho Province is. From this place it is very easy
to visit places like the greatest river in Lesotho, Senqu (Orange River), and
the chief Moorosi’s mountain fortress where history tells that a serious
gun-war took place during the Lifaqane (infecane) wars. Chief Moorosi won that
battle from this mountain, thus this place is called Mt. Moorosi.
