3. Clean Water Projects

Water-born diseases and the general scarcity of water per se, are major causes for a lack of development in rural communities in Southern Africa. The scarcity of water stunts the horizon of industry and productivity within rural communities whilst the lack of a fullness of health from drinking unclean water robs communities of time and money spent in clinics and labour-hours that have to be utilized for the care of sick children.

The Oblate Development Programmes has launched an initiative to deliver clean water supplies to rural communities, and the access to a greater supply of water for agricultural purposes in disadvantaged communities in Southern Africa.
